Slugger Baseball Steps Up to the Plate…
Today sees the release of a brand new first party Mousebreaker game… you won’t find this anywhere else on the net for now: Slugger Baseball.
The aim on each level is to smack the baseballs against the stars dotted around the levels. Which is a lot harder than it sounds, especially when some of the levels (like the one in the above screenshot) require you to think creatively in terms of rebounds and angles.
All of this is set against a time limit. If you don’t hit all of the stars on each level you lose a life. Get struck out 3 times, and YOU’RE OUTTA THERE, as our American cousins would say (or those ones who have become umpires, anyway).
Thankfully once you’ve unlocked a level you can start from there, so even if you do find it difficult, you should be able to try all of the levels eventually. Truly hardcore players will try and earn an in-game gold medal though – completing all 30 levels without losing all their lives. Tough… very tough – but the walkthrough should help with some of the trickier angles.
