No doubt you’ve seen the skin we’ve got on the site at the moment, and are as excited as I am. Yes, Jumpers for Goalposts 4 is nearly upon us, months in the making and with a bunch of big improvements from previous versions.

    On that snapshot of the free-kick, why would the goalkeeper stand the same side of the goal as the ball? They normally have the wall the side the ball is and the goalie the other side.

    Sorry everyone we can’t give you an exact time, as I said above. We’re working through bugs and it’s not clear when it’ll be completely finished. It will be this week though.

    Mobile version is not on the cards I’m afraid – we don’t have any developers who code for iOS, Android or any other mobile tech. :(

    Oh, and everyone asking for it to be on Blackberry – it would help your argument if you didn’t all share the same e-mail address! ;)

    My suggestion , can you please add a tackle option also where timing matters ? i mean too much power and mistime you get red carded …. and correctly time and power , you get possession …. whoopie ….. i mean not everyone wants to be striker …. someone might be content with a midfielder or maybe attacking defender too ?

    To be clear – we don’t want to hold Jumpers for Goalposts 4 back – I’d have loved to release it in August, but the truth is releasing it early would lead to a far less fun game. And the last thing we want is for JFGP4 to be a disappointment.
